We are running Body & Mind Yoga throughout the year! Location: Joshua Creek Heritage Centre Oakvile, Ontario

Every Monday & Wednesday at 7:30pm - 8:30pm Deb Taylor will lead you through a Stretch & Strengthen with lots of breathing room for fun. Beginners will feel amazingly stretched out, safely moving with ease. Deb finds ways to challenge the experienced yogis with extra postures while those who feel like taking it slower move in their own zone. Your Stretch and Strengthen on these evenings will be full of laughter, leaving you feeling invigorated and full of joy. Deb has a certified Yogi Assistant to demonstrate modifications for beginners and those with limited range of motion. "I love what I do, I am always learning new ways to better teach and practice,..and try not to take myself too seriously." DT
