Winter can be tough on ADHD brains. Less light, lower dopamine, and more time indoors can make focus, motivation, and energy feel harder to access.
Movement helps not because it’s “productive,” but because it supports regulation, it gives your brain the stimulation it’s missing.
And it doesn’t have to look like exercise. Small, gentle movement still counts, especially in winter.
