The Alchemy of Art. 💎

There will always be tragedy in our lives; we can’t avoid this part of the journey.

But in the midst of hardships, we can look to the blue horizons for hope and inspiration? 🦋

I will never forget the day that I opened this package & pulled out my first freshly printed poetry book.

There was far more than this feeling of accomplishment, it was the feeling of grace.

I knew that I had channeled the most divine love in this process of this creation.✨

Even with the extremely late nights, the numerous sketches and paintings, the hours on end of listening, conceptualizing, designing. I just couldn’t stop pouring my heart into this project. It was all worth it.

I had expressed the the beauty of another’s soul onto these pages. And honoured him in a way that I was being called to.

I was moved. My family was moved. 😍

I remember when the download first came to me. It was shortly after someone very close to my family had suddenly died. Everyone was grieving & absolutely heartbroken.

During this time, I was shown a few of the poems that he had wrote in the many years before he passed away. They were written on separate pieces of paper, found in an old box.

In that moment I knew this was my thesis. This was the direction I needed to go. A keepsake for the people I love.

And up until that point during my Illustration degree, I was struggling. Struggling to find consistency in my message, my aesthetic, my powerful voice as a Visual Artist.

But this. This represented me, my pure intention, my heart, & my soul! 🌈

Cultivating confidence through courageous action, is essential when it comes to our Artistry.

Maybe she was born with it, OR maybe she spent years devoted to developing her craft. Probably both. 💫

Being born seeing spirit or having psychic downloads, or not. What often differentiates a powerful medium or channel to one who isn’t that great, is more often the devotion to their craft.

It’s being in the energy of:
“I am a student of this work for life!”

Like my mentor Janet Nohavec said: it’s a “Process of unfoldment.” It’s not an overnight, fast track course to fully embodying this.

It takes years of study, and practice, and a wide array of life experiences. And then some!

It’s some parts a naturalness sure, maybe we are born empathic, highly sensitive, with abilities that are already emerging; but it’s many more parts the investment into out souls expansion.

It takes effort. Until it one day feels like effortless effort.

How do we honour and harness that power? How do we have boundaries with it? How do we serve others with it?

Building the integrity of the role we have.

My next group reading is here! 💫

It’s interesting how sometimes my best work comes through in my heaviest times of grief.

In a way I put my own stuff on the shelf, but I realized in an even bigger way, it’s often my gateway to being a powerful channel.

Maybe that’s when I’m actually the closest to unseen realms! 🌌

If you’ve never had a private reading from me before, an intimate healing circle is a beautiful entry point to this sacred work.

The spirit world is so intelligent.✨

There’s a vast understanding of divine timing in a way we can’t grasp just yet.

This week I was feeling quite exhausted. My life has been endless doctors appointments lately, & thought I should probably sit this session out to be in integrity to my group.

I had started working with a couple new mentors, as I’m always keeping my abilities sharp & fine tuned. We meet once a week to nurture our relationship to the unseen realms.

Long story short, something in me said: “Nope you still have to show up! There’s something here for you, and for others.”

To my pleasant surprise, not only did I end up anchoring and unfolding a beautiful link, even in my tired state. But a sweet child also came through, a young boy, which I haven’t had a ton of in my mediumship through the years.

There’s a bit of a temporary resistance in those moments. As I know how sensitive I intend to be in my language and super thoughtful of my delivery. All without being caught up my rational mind. It can be tricky.

I was immediately shown these two hands intertwined, that of a mother and child. And a prominent triangle pointing up towards the ethers. Representing spirit, the sitter, & the medium.

Through the visions came the message.

“Your child crossing over, he says this opened the floodgates to your psychic and mediumistic channels. He’s now become your gatekeeper, your link, to your abilities expanding.”

Her nodding and smiling at me as I spoke. Grateful for the affirmation to what she was already experiencing so viscerally in her life.

Although bitter sweet, as there must be no greater pain than the loss of a child, her souls contact cracked open because of his tragic passing.

And I could resonate!

Quite synchronistically, I have a podcast interview this week with a past client of mine who’s gone through this kind of loss

We’ll be chatting about how grief can be a catalyst for this spiritual awakening. How my journey of losing my two best friends led to a deeper ownership of own gifts. And demystifying it all, just enough, so others realize their own capacity to have this beautiful connection too! 💫 xx

Isn’t that quote the most beautiful thing ever?!✨

These words have stayed with me, ever since one of my mediumship mentor’s shared them.

She suddenly crossed over this past year; and in honour of her and divine spirit, I’m starting my mornings opening up my meditation with this question.

Who’s prayer can I answer today? 🙏🏻

Life’s been so damn challenging, but yet so many people have surprised me in the most generous and thoughtful ways. I’m sure they’ve somehow been called on duty for me.

And I want these expansive words to always be a guiding force in my days ahead.

When I serve others from the purity of my heart, all the other hard human stuff seems much easier to navigate.

We are always held.

These days, I don’t lift a brush unless my heart is completely invested in it.❤️‍🔥

That’s why I’m so picky on what projects I say yes to. Funny enough, I’m currently not accepting commissions, but I’ve never had so many requests for them!

I strongly felt this was a nudge from the universe to begin letting you in on what custom offering I AM working on. Behind the scenes, I’ve slowly been building the bridge between my Seership-and-Artrisry. 🌉

I felt certain years ago, that my visual creativity would collide with my mediumship & psychic work. I didn’t know how it was going to come together, but I trusted the process.

The last couple years, I trained under spiritual teachers, including Auragraph and Spirit Artists, who utilize their clairvoyance to merge the Healer and the Artist within.

Things really started to align; and both my personal touch and unique approach to this pathway became clear.

Sacred contracts have been cracking open wide this past year! And it’s no surprise. Beautiful gifts always seem to emerge after the hardest initiations of my life. And I’m so excited to share the next evolution of my work with you!! 🌸🌿

Actually it’s been the most natural progression in my practice ever; as being a channel for reiki energy was one of the catalysts (along with grief) to my collaboration in working with the unseen realms. To my psychic and mediumship abilities expanding. And well, nature has always been my church. My communion with mama earth has been strong since childhood.

Over the course of eight years, my healing practice organically has transformed, became far more dynamic. Before I knew it, I was actually integrating similar aspects of what I just was trained in lol. That’s when I know I’m in alignment without even trying. Love that feeling!!

When one training led me to another teacher, this past summer realizing this merging was a thing. It made complete sense to me. Hah - and here we are. 🙂

This is an in person integrative healing experience with a beautiful blend of Traditional Usui Reiki with Ancient Indigenous Rituals and Practices.

Receiving a reading is a very intimate exchange. It’s an offering yes, but it’s actually coming from both sides.✨✨

Many wouldn’t describe it as the expression of humanity and vulnerability it truly is. Or at least until the tears come, or jaw dropping moments arrive.

That’s why I choose to highlight this one piece of a client testimonial. It reminds be of the depths we travel within our short time together.

Never forget that part when looking into or working with or hiring various seers, healers, practitioners.

Go by your feeling of safety and trust first. That’s what I believe anyway.

When I see you’ve booked a reading with me. It means more than just “yay I got a new client!”

We’ll that too, I know everyone sent my way is on purpose.💫

But - it also means you, the sitter, are offering me your full and complete trust with what may or will show up.

Giving me and my cosmic team, permission to tune into all aspects you. Your mind, body, spirit, soul.

It means nothing is off limits, unless you’ve requested so. And to me, that is so vulnerable and so brave. Most clients don’t frame it that way.
But to me, it is.

A solid sisterhood helps to regenerate and enhance my spirit - time after time.

Even on the days I don’t think I have much energy left, I seem to rise to my feet and show up with a flowing well of love needed to teleport my presence and spiritual strength to those I care about most.

Deeply grateful I made it into the forest on this special day to make my intentions come into fruition.

To guide my Ravine side ceremony I had been imagining for my sister Laura, on the day she gave birth.

This baby blessing was an expression of beauty and nurturance that made me feel so joyous and thankful to have this friendship my life.

I believe the most sacred gift of creation, is welcoming a child into this world. And so today I celebrate you my friend , and of course little baby Toivo too! Can’t wait to meet him. 👶🏼

I celebrate all Mothers; past, present, and future. And I celebrate my longing to become one.

Thank you to patchamama for always providing me everything I need in each moment. For becoming the portals to access the higher powers.
