What a perfect day spent cruising down the Grand River!
🎶 We kicked things off with an amazing performance by the Blazing Fiddles, setting the tone for a memorable afternoon. Then, we boarded the Grand River Belle for a relaxing cruise, exploring new sights and learning about parts of the river we had never seen before. 🌊🍂 With delicious food, wonderful company, and beautiful views, it was truly a day to remember. A big thank you to Grand River Cruises for such a fantastic experience! See you next season! 🚢

What a wonderful outing we had to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara! It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience — with so many beautiful butterflies fluttering around, and even a few landing right on us! 🐛✨

The day was filled with joy, laughter, and awe as we explored the stunning gardens outside the conservatory, including the breathtaking Rose Garden. Nature at its finest! 🌹🌿

We topped off our adventure with a delicious lunch at the Lake House Restaurant, enjoying great food and even better company.

Another unforgettable outing with our amazing residents — we can't wait for the next one! 💛🚌

Our stunning courtyard garden was transformed into a vibrant outdoor gallery this week as we hosted our Art in the Garden show. Guests wandered through the beautiful blooms and shady trees, enjoying incredible works from local talented artists. Thank you for all of our artists for sharing their passion and to everyone who joined us to make the day special.

Residents at Venvi Churchill Place in Oakville were treated to a tasty presentation from a local student entrepreneur. Charlotte, a 15-year-old with a passion for baking, started her business, Grain & Loaf Co, to showcase that healthy can also mean delicious. Specializing in whole grain, good for you baked items, Charlotte is dedicated to bringing fresh, locally sourced, and handcrafted goods to customers.

Joined by her mother and grandmother, Charlotte brought her baked scones, muffins, and challah bread to share with residents, who were inspired by her energy and passion. She shared her story, recounting how she had taught herself to bake through trial and error, experimenting with healthier ingredients to make her treats more nutritious without sacrificing taste.

By the end of the presentation, Charlotte not only shared her delicious baked goods but also forged connections bridging generations through the joy of baking.

The Bentley Regina recently celebrated their grand re-opening after months of renovations. Residents were joined by Regina’s Mayor, Chad Bachynski, and other members of the community who were able to enjoy the inviting new spaces. The residence features an ode to The Capitol Theatre and an all-new pub called The Honking Goose Tavern. Guests had the opportunity to sample the Pension Plan Pilsner, a collaboration with The Bentley Regina and Pile O Bones Brewery located in Regina - a true Saskatchewan beer. 🌞 What a wonderful day on our rooftop garden! 🌞

We took full advantage of the beautiful weather and hosted a delightful BBQ for our residents. It was such a joy to spend time outdoors, share delicious food, and enjoy great conversations with neighbours and friends. There’s nothing quite like sunshine, fresh air, and good company! 🍔🪴👫

Our residents painted glasses with beautiful spring flowers, after curing and baking, the glasses turned out great — perfect for sipping or even as little flowerpots. We’re all set and excited for the warmer weather ahead! 🌸☀️

We had an amazing time on our outing to Ripley’s Aquarium🐟 in Toronto! From colorful fish to mesmerizing jellyfish, we explored a world full of incredible marine life. One of the highlights was walking through the underwater tunnel, with sharks🐬 and fish swimming right over our heads—it was truly unforgettable! 🐙🩷✨

A new resident at Venvi Windsor Park retirement residence felt overwhelmed on her first day, until a group of compassionate residents embraced her warmly. Over lunch, they shared stories and realized they all hailed from the same Italian town. What began as a simple gesture blossomed into an hour of laughter, camaraderie, and encouragement.
