Cool down & recover faster with these essential stretches!
🔹 Hamstring Stretch – Loosen tight hamstrings
🔹 Quad Stretch – Relieve front thigh tension
🔹 Calf Stretch – Prevent tightness & soreness
🔹 Hip Flexor Stretch – Improve mobility & flexibility
Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds per side. Your muscles will thank you! 🙌
