Happy New Year to my Dental Family!
I wish all of you a healthy and happy 2023!
2022 was quite the year....
My medical hiccups have kept me from being there for you for months now and this has weighed heavily on me. Thankfully, Dr. Frances and Dr. Jeff have been an absolute blessing to the practice, providing care where I could not. Once I was able to drive, I would visit the practice and observe the two in action. Hands down, the two have tag- teamed to provide outstanding treatment with skilled hands and compassionate hearts. As many of you have heard me say...they are the Bomb!!!!
I believe so strongly in Dr. Frances and Dr. Jeff that I am able to make the difficult, but the RIGHT decision, to pass the reins of my practice over to them. I will be stepping back and focusing on my health. I am not disappearing… you will see me in the office, albeit in a part time capacity.
In the immediate future, I will be present to support Dr. Frances and Dr. Jeff as my right arm continues to be out of service. If you haven’t met them yet, know that you are in very capable hands!
Dr. Frances graduated from the University of Toronto and is proud to have received awards for Histology, Prosthodontics, as well as being named to the Dean's Honour List. She has practiced across GTA and has volunteered her time on various dental outreach trips to provide care to hundreds of children in Haiti, Guatemala, and Indonesia. Dr. Frances, her husband and their one year old son are happy to call Oakville home. Dr. Frances loves to draw, paint and practice yoga.
Dr. Jeff also graduated from the University of Toronto and was a recipient of awards in Endodontics and like Dr. Frances was named to the Dean's Honour List. After graduation, he pursued further training at Mount Sinai Hospital treating patients with special needs and also practiced across the GTA. He is currently a part-time staff dentist at UHN’s Toronto Rehab Institute, caring for medically compromised patients and acts as a clinical instructor for the University of Toronto. Dr. Jeff and his wife live in Richmond Hill at the present time. Dr. Jeff is also an accomplished violinist.
From Dr. Frances and Dr. Jeff:
We were welcomed with open arms (well, her good arm!) by Dr. Stacey, her team and her patients when she began her medical leave in September. We are very lucky and honored to be a part of Dr. Stacey’s dental family. We feel fortunate to have met a colleague who shares the same enthusiasm, passion and values toward patient care. We both strongly believe in putting our patients' needs and well-being first and foremost, above all else.
We are delighted to be given the opportunity to continue serving you and your family with the highest standards that you are accustomed to. Please come by to meet us anytime and say hello!
