We offer Yoga, Hot Yoga, mysore Ashtanga, Lagree, Pilates Mat & Equipment (Reformer, tower, chair), Barre, TRX, Meditation & Breath classes Workshops, and all varieties of teacher teaining. We offer a variety of services that heal the body and nourish the soul. Our showers and change rooms are complete with all the amenities required to get you efficiently back to your day. Come by for a visit anytime! In addition to Yoga and Mat Pilates classes, we also offer Pilates equipment classes which include Reformer machines, Tower Trainers, and Stability Chairs. Our full list of services include: (Hot) Yoga, Meditation, (Hot) Pilates, TRX (a suspension system for body weight training), Kettlebells and classes with hand weights. Our list of wellness services including Registered Physiotherapy, Ayurvedic Spa Services, and Thai Massage.

When a lunar year shifts, people often report intensified energy.

Diana and Jessie lead the session, using simple, grounding practices to reduce stimulation and bring the body out of “doing mode.”

You’ll move gently 🧘‍♀️
Breathe intentionally 🌬️
Immerse in sound 🎶

iGita has its roots as a yoga studio; one that continues to thrive and foster wellbeing and joy in its community. Since its inception in 2010, we’ve grown and expanded, welcoming other like-minded health and fitness professionals to become what we like to think of as Oakville’s largest urban sanctuary.
