Together, we are a comprehensive counselling agency serving the Halton Region since 1954. Over the years, we have helped thousands of people struggling with individual and family issues including family conflict, separation, divorce, depression, abuse or violence and grief and loss. Thrive is a registered charitable non-profit agency. Primary funding is received from the Ministry of Community & Social Services, Ministry of the Attorney General, and the United Ways of Oakville, Burlington and Greater Hamilton, Milton and Halton Hills.
