Can supplements delay menopause? A new UK study says... maybe! ✨
A large UK Women’s Cohort Study followed over 3,500 women and found something fascinating — certain nutrients were linked with later menopause.
Women who regularly took fish oil, B vitamins, vitamin C, and antioxidants tended to experience menopause later than those who didn’t.
