I am a Certified Nutrition Manager and Culinary Manager at Cogir Trafalgar Lodge, holding a Master’s degree in Microbiology along with certificates in Food Service Nutrition Management and Long-Term Care Administration through the Canadian Healthcare Association. With a strong understanding of the unique food and nutrition needs of seniors, I lead a dedicated culinary team committed to delivering nourishing, home-style meals that embody both care and creativity. From thoughtfully curated daily menus to milestone celebrations, cultural festivities, and intimate family gatherings, I craft experiences that foster comfort, connection, and a true sense of community. As a Certified National Food Safety Trainer (NFSTP, formerly CRFA), I ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld in every aspect of service. My culinary expertise has been nationally recognized in India, with original recipes featured in Femina magazine—underscoring my belief that innovation and purpose can coexist on every plate.
