Happy International Women's Day! Here are 3 women that inspire me - photo taken this week at the OTMH Hospital Foundation event with Burberry. 

Dr Ginty, family doctor, surgical assistant, who took multiple restorative tattoo classes to learn to tattoo ni***es and areolas for our breast cancer patients. 

Julia Hanna, so driven, so accomplished, who advocates passionately for what she believes in. She also gives the best life advice and I always feel ready to take on the world after I talk to her. 

Dr. Callan, my Breastie, who is truly God's gift to women with breast cancer. You will never meet a kinder, more hard-working, dedicated surgeon and doctor, and accomplice/ supporter through this rewarding but challenging line of work.

Fat grafting (fat transfer, lipofilling) is a great technique for repairing contour abnormalities and adding volume to the breast.

This breast cancer patient had a left implant reconstruction over 10 years ago and had severe asymmetry and rippling. She underwent fat grafting to the left breast with a right balancing breast reduction and is shown 2 months post-operatively.
