Reliable Magnetic Level Gauge Built for Performance Under Pressure

When a boiler manufacturer needed a Magnetic Level Gauge (MLG) that could register accurate measurement involving a media under high pressure and temperature, they turned to Davis Controls Ltd. to design and manufacture such a product. In this application, the MLG needed to reliably operate at 600 degrees Fahrenheit and 400 psi with 108 inches of indication.

Pressure transducers are versatile measurement devices designed to work in various environments and with different chemicals. They convert pressure measurements into an electrical signal that can easily be read by multiple control systems. They provide important information about the pressure within a tank or pipe, the weight of an object or the depth of a fluid.
