Each breath is a step closer to stillness.
�Whether you are on your mat flowing through yoga practice, or moving through your day to day tasks, remember that your breath is your anchor.

In moments of overwhelm or distraction, return to the simplicity of your inhale and exhale.

Let the simple 4-4-6 breathing technique guide you back to presence.

Inhale deeply through the nose for a count of 4, Hold for 4, Exhale slowly through the mouth for a count of 6.
Pause for a moment at the bottom.
Repeat for a few rounds.

A daily gratitude practice helps us stay mindful and reminds us to notice the abundance that already surrounds us.

This Thanksgiving, may we remember to be grateful for nature. The quiet beauty of the falling leaves and the way this season invites us to release and slow down.

To be grateful for family and friends. The ones that are near or far and the ones who ground us and lift us up.

And to be grateful for mindful practices and the simple rituals that bring us back to ourselves in a busy world.

May we find abundance not just on our tables, but in the sacred, everyday moments that make life truly rich.

DAY THREE was a blissful escape.

From the moment we set sail through the Maddalena Islands, there was a sense of magic in the air.

We soaked up the sun, the sea breeze and each other’s presence while we were cooked for, cared for and completely free to just be and enjoy the experience.

Grateful for a day of connection, beauty and adventure with this intimate, soulful group.
