I am beyond honoured to be leading a retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru with Elle! Known as one of the most powerful and energetically rich places on Earth.

This land holds ancient wisdom, deep healing and a magic that can’t be put into words, only experienced.

To gather here feels like a true calling. To slow down, to reconnect, to remember who you are beneath the noise and all held by the mountains, the rituals and the lineage of those who walked this land before us.

The retreat is filling up with only a couple of shared and private rooms still available.

Surrender yourself to the space around you,
to the mat beneath your body,
to the ground beneath your mat.

Slow down. Allow your mind’s clamouring agitations to melt away.
Focus on being.

Stop striving, stop doing. Simply be.
Stop fixing, stop solving. Simply be.
Stop ruminating, stop catastrophising.
Simply be.

Let go of all expectations, internal and external.
Descend through the layers of tension.
Rest in the release.
