Imagine being able to:

✅ Enhance your motivation and capacity to support your loved one

✅ Transform relationships with your loved ones (child, teen or adult child)

This workshop is for parents and caregivers who wish to strengthen their relationship and feel more effective in supporting their loved one of any age as well as give you tools to support children who have mental health, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, anger, family conflict, etc.)

The workshop takes places place over 2 days. Our next one is October 21-22.
