Oakville based physiotherapy clinic. We are dedicated professionals working in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Healthy Balance Physiotherapy & Wellness is a therapist owned and operated facility where our focus of care is on the way we believe natural health care should be practiced -- using a hands-on approach with individualized and goal-oriented treatment programs. We are a multi-disciplinary team comprised of physiotherapists, massage therapists, an osteopathic manual practitioner, a nutritionist and a personal trainer.

A great thanks to all who helped contribute back to our community!

With food cost inflation many can’t provide all the nourishment they want for their families, and children are going to school hungry.

At Healthy Balance, we recognize the privilege we have in our community, so it is important for us to give back.

We will also be making a monetary donation as well, and encourage anyone else who can also contribute, to do so through your local food bank online…

just the push of a button can help feed many children going to school hungry.
