I tried something new today!
Spent an hour sitting inside a salt cave with Nicole Robertson. The cave had over 22000lbs of salt and our one hour session was equivalent to spending a week by the ocean. 🌊 My sinuses are so clear! 👃🏼👌🏼
I highly recommend it and it's a great place for meditation as well.
