I say in the times we are facing we need to find ways to RAISE OUR VIBRATION.
Find and do things that bring a smile to your face.
Sing, listen to your favourite song or music, read, meditate, call someone, exercise.....etc.....
If we raise the collective vibration we will overcome this sooner than later and easing your own personal vibration actually is beneficial to you as your immune system is stronger when you are happy.

A visit to the cemetery today.
Had a good cry seeing my Mom, my Nana & Grandpa ans Uncle all on a row.
My Nana was like my Mom. I didn’t cry much at the time. She passed earlier this year.....in April.
Needed to go back there and let it all out.
We all need a good cry sometimes.
I know they are around us. I often get signs.
Signs are all around us.

So ....talk about signs. A students of mine showed this book to me one day and as I looked closer there is a dragonfly on it. Well, dragonfly are my sign....if you look at my website and even around my house, I have dragonflies all around. I take hem as a sign from my Mom who passed 24 years ago.
Well, I went out to get this book at Indigo and I opened the book to the page that you can see dog eared.
It talks about dreams and how we get messages through our dreams. I have had many dreams that were some sort of message, a visit from a loved one, a premonition, a message of some sort.
This just reaffirmed that for me. Then the last picture here is a poem, it’s a poem someone gave me when my mom passed.
I had to buy this book.
For me it was a sign.
Signs are all around us. Stay open to them.

Why did you spill the coffee? ⠀

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"⠀

Wrong answer.⠀

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. ⠀
⠀
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.⠀
⠀
*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*⠀
⠀
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.⠀

*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"*⠀

When life gets tough, what spills over?⠀
⠀
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility? ⠀

Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions? ⠀

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. ⠀

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others. ⠀
