Chew Your Food Intentionally
(Your stomach doesn’t have teeth.)

Your digestive system isn’t a machine — it’s a symphony.
And chewing is the first instrument in the orchestra.

Yet most of us rush our meals, swallow half-chewed bites, and forget that digestion starts in the mouth.

Here’s your reminder:
👉 Chew each bite 20–30 times.
Especially when eating proteins or fibrous foods.

💡 Why it matters:
-Releases digestive enzymes that help break food down
-Activates your parasympathetic nervous system (“rest & digest”)
