Don't confuse vulnerability and weakness, and rethink the notion of weakness.

Some weaknesses can be modified into strengths, some turn out to be strengths in another, new context.

Facing our weaknesses is at least uncomfortable, often painful, but met with the right technique and attitude, the process strengthens resilience and fosters growth.

Vulnerability entails the wisdom of not having to avoid or hide, thus embracing all that we are, the bad neighbourhoods of our mind included. This leads to simple modesty that recoils from nothing and thus exudes great strength. 💪✨

Its all about the mind

The mind is not what you think - some disembodied thought collections inside of us. No, we understand the mind to be deeply embodied and relational at the same time - in your body within and among all of us inbetween.

So yes, we teach mindfulness meditation, Yoga, MBSR and MBCT programs, the Mindsight Intensive, and several other programs and workshops - but at the core of it all rests an abiding passion for the mind and how we construct our reality with it.

Helping people in practical ways is very important to us, since without that our endeavor would remain fruitless. However, to achieve excellence and effectiveness in practice, we need to understand the mind, to live its principles deeply and develop wisdom through it. Our whole team’s efforts center around this all-important task of exploring the most complex phenomenon in the known universe, the human mind as we can know it, its many ways of deluding us, and its many ways of strengthening and enlighten us.
