It’s here! Spring run clinic is officially open for registration. Join us for coaching, accountability and progress in your running. Our group trains for 5km and 10km runs with a focus on personal growth in a low pressure, non-competitive environment.
Running together Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings throughout Oakville with additional solo runs on Tuesdays. Don’t miss out on hitting the pavement with an awesome group of runners!
We welcome all runners but it is recommended that you are able to run/walk 2.5km in order to get the most out of the clinic! This iso our best attended and highest energy clinic of the season, don’t miss out!
