My dearest Barre Life family,
For the last 12 years, you’ve filled this studio with something I never could have created alone: a true community. The sweat, the smiles, the early mornings, the social events, we’ve built so much more than a workout. We’ve built a family.
It is with both deep emotion and genuine excitement that I share some news: After 12 beautiful, life-changing years, I am saying goodbye as the owner of this studio. I have sold Barre Life. This decision comes from a place of personal readiness for my next chapter. I poured my heart into this studio, and knowing it will continue to thrive with someone who shares that same passion gives me so much peace.
When I opened Barre Life, I was scared. I had a dream, but not much else. What I didn’t know then was that you would walk through those doors and turn that dream into something I never could have imagined: a true family. You’ve been my strength on hard days, my joy on good ones, and my reason for showing up again and again. We’ve celebrated birthdays, held each other through losses, and lifted each other up, literally and emotionally.
Thank you doesn’t feel big enough. But thank you, from the deepest part of me, for every drop of sweat, every laugh, every hug, every moment.
I am ready for my next chapter, but leaving this community is very hard. The only reason I can do it with a peaceful heart is because I know Barre Life is in the most loving, capable hands.
Please wrap your arms around Falon Leslie like you did for me. She already loves this community, and she wants to honour everything we’ve built while bringing new dreams to life.
We will walk through this transition together, step by step. I promise to keep you updated, and we will do everything we can to make this feel seamless and gentle for you.
I love you all. I’ll be cheering for you from wherever life takes me, always one of you.
