I’m a WELLNESS & LIFESTYLE COACH that specializes in helping women through Perimenopause and Menopause, after advising your doctor or Holistic Practitioner. I’ve always been a body-positive advocate and self-love junkie! Attempting to prove to women that when you feel better you do better! I really want women to be proactive and support their bodies in a way that helps them get through “the change” in life. Allowing them to avoid or lessen the symptoms that come along with Perimenopause and Menopause. I figure out what your personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and how that may be diminishing your personal power & HORMONAL HEALTH. I have very unique credentials, such as being a NLP Practitioner, Transformation Specialist and Hormone Health Specialist, giving me the ability to help get clients through the changes we experience as women as well as help ditch limiting beliefs and create healthy habits that stick. I'm not void of body issues; physically, mentally and emotionally. After 31 years in the Health & Fitness industry, that’s what helped me and encouraged me to evolve to health coaching.

One of the biggest challenges during the menopause transition isn’t just symptoms. 💯

It’s confusion.😵‍💫

Women are often told to immediately fix things with diets, supplements or extreme workouts.

But the first step should always be understanding what’s happening in your body. 💡

Hormonal shifts affect multiple systems at the same time.

Your nervous system, metabolism, sleep, cognition and emotional regulation are all adjusting. 📊

That’s why symptoms can feel unpredictable.

When you understand that these shifts are physiological, it changes how you respond.

You stop blaming yourself. ♥️

And start supporting your body in a way that actually works.

Awareness is the starting point.☑️

For years we hear that menopause means decline.🫤

But something interesting happens for many women.

During the menopause transition hormones fluctuate dramatically.

Estrogen can swing up and down which affects neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. 🤪🥴🫩😁

That instability is what often causes:
• brain fog
• poor concentration
• anxiety
• emotional volatility

Once you move into post-menopause those fluctuations can stop. 🛑

Hormones are lower, but they can become stable again.

And the brain likes stability. 🧠

Many women report feeling:
• calmer
• mentally clearer
• more decisive
• less emotionally reactive
• even clearer than before menopause

It doesn’t mean every symptom disappears.

But the fog can lift. 🌤️

Menopause isn’t always a downward slope.

Sometimes it's the point where things finally settle.

And that clarity can be powerful.💓

Yesterday’s race reminded me of something important....

Age really is just a number. 💪🏻

Watching everyone show up, compete, and give their best was incredibly inspiring.

If you want to do something more, start where you are, not where you think you should be.💯

One day you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.♥️

Doing something new will always feel uncomfortable at first. 💯

That’s part of the process.🎯

03/03/2026

You didn’t lose discipline.💯

You didn’t suddenly become “bad at fitness.”

Your recovery biology shifted.

In midlife:
• Muscle repair is slower
• Inflammation lingers longer
• Sleep becomes more fragile
• Nervous system stress hits harder

The answer isn’t quitting.

It’s programming differently. 🙌🏻

Let me know in the comments if you have felt a shift in recovery. 👇🏻

Almost 1 in 4 women have considered leaving their job because of menopause symptoms. 😱

Pause on that. ⏸️

Not because they’re incapable.
Not because they stopped caring.
But because things changed.

Energy changed. 🙇🏻
Sleep changed. 🫩
Focus changed. 😵‍💫
Stress tolerance changed. 🤯

And here’s the part we don’t talk about enough: 👇🏻

Most women can’t just leave their job.
They can’t afford to.

So instead, they push through.

And chronic stress on top of hormonal transition?

That doesn’t calm symptoms.
It amplifies them. 💯

When your nervous system is already recalibrating, adding financial pressure and workplace expectations
makes everything feel heavier.

One of the hardest parts of midlife isn’t just the symptoms.

It’s trying to function at the same level with a body that’s operating under new rules.

But here’s what I’ve learned, and what I want women to hear:
The transition phase is often harder than the destination. 🙌🏻

Once your system stabilizes… once you understand what your body needs now… once you stop fighting it…
🔸There is clarity on the other side.
🔸There is strength.
🔸There is steadiness.
🔸There is a different kind of confidence.

Menopause isn’t the end of your capability.

It’s an invitation to update how you support yourself.

And that shift?
That’s powerful. ♥️

All-or-nothing thinking worked when your system had more buffer.

When you could:
✔️Skip sleep.
✔️Push intensity.
✔️Recover quickly.

Midlife changes that buffer.

Sleep isn’t as forgiving. 😴
Stress lingers longer. 😫

Recovery takes more intention.

So when you miss a week… or a routine breaks…

It feels harder to restart. 💯

It's not because you lost discipline.
It's because your body responds differently now.

Consistency now requires flexibility.
Not force. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

02/23/2026

In our 30s and 40s, resilience could carry us. 💯

Bad sleep? Push through.
Stress? Push through.
Busy? Push through.

Midlife doesn’t respond the same way. 😫

When sleep is broken…
When stress lingers…
When recovery slows…

Your behaviour capacity changes. And when capacity drops, habits feel harder. 🫩

That’s not laziness.
That’s physiology. 🎯

Motivation isn’t the problem.

Support is.🤜🏻🤛🏻

Support goes beyond medical care and hormones.

It’s not just about treating symptoms.
We need to support the whole system...
Sleep, stress, recovery, muscle, metabolism, nervous system.

Because real change happens when we adjust how we work with the body… not when we try to override it. 🙌🏻

Medical care can be part of the plan.

But how we support and work with our bodies in midlife is what helps everything else do its job.

That’s the difference between short-term relief and sustainable health. ♥️

02/22/2026

Not every practice is like it was today. 🤷🏻

Every tough practice tells me something.

If I don’t want to go or I’m not recovering well, I know I’ve missed support somewhere. 🎯

If I can’t give 100%,
I listen - and adjust.

Showing up doesn’t always mean pushing.

Sometimes it means paying attention.💪🏻

02/20/2026

I support myself differently now. 🙌🏻

Midlife hasn’t been a straight line.

Some days I feel steady and capable.

Some days feel heavier. More tired. More uncertain. 🫩

There were moments I didn’t recognize myself.

And that fluctuation can shake you.

What changed for me wasn’t pushing harder.
It was learning what I actually needed in this stage. 🙏🏻

More recovery. More awareness. More flexibility. More compassion.♥️

When I stopped trying to operate like I used to, and started supporting who I am now, everything shifted.

I feel more empowered. More alive. Clearer in who I am. 💃🏻

Not because the ups and downs disappeared.

But because I learned how to navigate them.💪🏻

02/16/2026

At 46, I felt strong and clear in my body. 💪🏻

I knew how to train. I knew how to recover. I knew what worked.

Then the menopause transition hit me.

And it hit me harder than I expected.

➡️My sleep changed.
➡️My energy changed.
➡️My body composition shifted.
➡️My confidence wobbled.

I felt like my body wasn’t my own anymore.

And what was harder than the physical part… was losing trust in myself.🫤

No one really talks about that part.

The part where you are struggling but not even really sure why.

You oddly don't feel like yourself.

If you’re in that space right now…
it’s not because you’re weak.

It’s not because you stopped trying.
And it’s not because you suddenly lack discipline.🙌🏻

This stage changes the rules.

This week I’m going to talk about what really happens in midlife,
and why so many women feel like they’re navigating without a map.

Not to fix it.
Just to name it.

Because sometimes the first step is realizing…
It’s not just you.♥️
