I’m a WELLNESS & LIFESTYLE COACH that specializes in helping women through Perimenopause and Menopause, after advising your doctor or Holistic Practitioner. I’ve always been a body-positive advocate and self-love junkie! Attempting to prove to women that when you feel better you do better! I really want women to be proactive and support their bodies in a way that helps them get through “the chang

e” in life. Allowing them to avoid or lessen the symptoms that come along with Perimenopause and Menopause. I figure out what your personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and how that may be diminishing your personal power & HORMONAL HEALTH. I have very unique credentials, such as being a NLP Practitioner, Transformation Specialist and Hormone Health Specialist, giving me the ability to help get clients through the changes we experience as women as well as help ditch limiting beliefs and create healthy habits that stick. I'm not void of body issues; physically, mentally and emotionally. After 31 years in the Health & Fitness industry, that’s what helped me and encouraged me to evolve to health coaching.

The first thing you need to do to feel better in midlife, is stop trying to fix everything at once! 🎯

Most women are jumping straight into diets, workouts, supplements, or “starting over” without understanding what’s actually happening in their body and life first.

That’s why nothing feels sustainable.💡

Think of it like rebuilding from the ground up:

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
Understand what’s actually changing.
Your energy, recovery, sleep, stress tolerance, cravings, body composition, motivation, emotions.
Start connecting the dots instead of blaming yourself.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
Stop chasing extremes and conflicting advice.
You do not need to earn your health through punishment.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Focus on the things that create stability first:
🔸sleep
🔸recovery
🔸nourishment
🔸movement
🔸nervous system support
🔸realistic habits
𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲
The best plan is not the hardest one.
It’s the one you can continue when life is busy, stressful, emotional, hormonal, and imperfect.

That’s where confidence actually starts to return. 💪😁

Midlife is not about becoming less.

I think we don't talk about this enough. 💯

Outgrowing things can feel uncomfortable, even when it's right.

But it's also a sign that something in you is shifting. 🌱

I’m curious… what’s something you’ve let go of as you’ve moved into midlife?

Share below, and take a look at what I’ve outgrown too. 👇

Most people won’t hear about this, but it matters. 👍🏻

Bill S-243 is a Canadian bill focused on improving how we prevent and track cardiovascular disease.

Why does that matter for women? 🤔

Because for a long time, women, especially in midlife, have been overlooked when it comes to heart health.

Menopause is not just about symptoms.

It’s a shift in your body that can impact things like cholesterol, blood pressure, and overall cardiovascular risk. 💓

And yet… most women aren’t guided through that in a clear, practical way.
I personally visited the cardiologist because of fear based on heart, palpitations, racing heart and breathing issues, etc. I currently work with a cardiologist and have learned a lot.

This bill is pushing for:
• better data on women’s health
• more awareness
• earlier prevention

All good things. Long overdue.

But here’s the part that doesn’t get talked about enough:
Even when awareness improves, most women are still left asking
“Okay… what do I actually do with this?” 😵‍💫

You don’t need to diagnose anything to start taking your health seriously.

You need to understand what’s changing and have a plan that fits your life.

That’s where support matters.

That’s why I created StrongHer.
Not because of this bill, but because as more information becomes available, it can get overwhelming.

You don’t just need more information.
You need a way to make sense of it and actually use it.

And it’s also why I partnered with My Heart Fitness, a doctor-led program focused on improving cardiovascular health (and other health markers like cancer risk, mental health etc) in a way that’s practical, measurable, and sustainable.

Because knowing is one thing.
Actually doing something with it is another. 🎯

If this feels like you and you're ready to start becoming her...

Comment READY. 🫶🏻

Hey… this is for you!! 🫵🏻

You’re not behind.
You’re not fading.

You’re still becoming! 🥀🌹

You are loved.
You are worthy.

Not for who you used to be, but for who you are right now.

And this version of you?
She’s just getting started. 😘

Today looks very different. 🙏🏻

✔️My hair is healthy and growing again.
✔️ I recover well and compete as a Masters Sprinter.
✔️My joints feel good.
✔️My heart palpitations are rare.
✔️My energy is steady and I know how to adjust when it’s not.
✔️ I think more clearly than I ever have.
✔️ I feel calmer, more confident and at home in my body.
✔️ I'm slowly losing the weight I gained, but I’m no longer chasing a look.
✔️I’m focused on my health, my performance and how I move.
✔️I’m excited about life again.

And I finally understand what actually matters. 👏🏻

I chose to go through this without MHT.
That was my choice and it fit my life.
This is not about saying you shouldn’t use it.

It’s about choosing the path that works for you.
It's also about understanding that your body can recalibrate.

And that your path should be personal.

That’s why I created StrongHer. 🙌🏻

Not a diet. Not a workout plan.

A way to understand your body, support your symptoms, and build a way of eating and training you can actually sustain.

Because knowing what to do isn’t the problem.💯

It’s making it work in your real life.❤️

You’re allowed to feel uncertain and still be moving forward. 🎯

Not everything is meant to feel clear while it’s happening.

The in-between can feel uncomfortable, like you don’t quite recognize yourself anymore. 😵‍💫

You’re not fully where you want to be and confused on even what that is.

Some seasons are about building quietly, even when it doesn’t look like progress yet. 🫶🏻

That space isn’t failure.
It’s where things start to shift.

You're becoming her! ❤️

A lot of women are trying to move forward…
but they’re doing it based on what used to work, or what someone else says should work.🫣

And that’s where things start to feel off.

Because this phase asks for something different.

📍Not more pressure.
📍Not more pushing.
📍Not trying to keep up.

But a different way of understanding what you need now.

That’s the part I don’t think we’re talking about enough.

And it’s what I’ve been paying attention to… the gaps, the confusion, the moments where things stop making sense. 🧩

I’ve been working on something to help bring that back into focus.

Something that helps you approach this in a way that actually fits you. ❤️

There was a time in my life where I was constantly thinking about how I looked. 🪞

I felt like I had to stay super lean. I worried about aging. I did Botox because I thought that was just part of keeping up.

And honestly, I wasn’t happy. 😞

At some point I realized that chasing all of that wasn’t giving me what I actually wanted. It was just keeping me stuck in this loop of never feeling like it was enough.

So I made some different choices.

📍I stopped Botox.
📍I started focusing on performance instead of aesthetics.
📍 I chose not to take MHT in my own midlife journey.

And what’s been interesting is how often those choices trigger people. Especially women.

Not because I’m telling anyone else what to do. I’m not. I truly believe every woman gets to choose how she wants to age and I will never criticize that. ❤️

But I’ve learned that when people come at you for your choices, it usually has nothing to do with you. It’s coming from a place where they’re not fully settled in their own.

I know that because I’ve been there too. 🤷🏻

There were times in my life where I judged, compared, and questioned other people’s choices because I wasn’t fully comfortable in my own.

Until one day I realized something simple.

I just want to be happy. 🎉

Not perfect. Not approved of. Not fitting some standard.

Happy. 😁

And worrying about what everyone else is doing, saying, or thinking about me does not bring me that.

So I’m done with that❗

I want to feel strong. I want to feel capable. I want to feel like myself.

I want to be around people who care about who I am and what I stand for not what I look like.

We’ve been taught that shining means being perfect. That being a bright light means everything has to look a certain way.

But chasing that will keep you stuck forever. 🎯

Real joy comes when you stop chasing and start living.

This is what I’ve chosen. 💓

Women aren’t doing anything wrong.🙌🏻

We aren’t a problem to be solved.🎯

We’re trying to piece together advice
from an industry that profits from confusion.

And when nothing works… we blame ourselves.

Meanwhile, the cycle continues.🌀

More solutions. More promises. More noise.

Because as long as we feel broken,
there’s always something else to sell us.💰

That’s the part that needs to change. 💓
