Conducted by the International Federation on Ageing, this global survey collects information on the lived experiences of older adults. Insights will support the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing, a global effort to prioritize healthy ageing!
It's Throwback Thursday! Six months ago, we hosted our Moments To Treasure Gala, where caregivers and their loved ones could enjoy a delicious dinner with hors d'oeuvres, win prizes, and dance up a storm!
Thanks to our Exclusive Sponsor, Amica Credit Mills and Amica Glen Abbey (Amica Senior Lifestyles), for making this event possible!

We're recruiting Tech Cafe volunteers in Milton! If you're comfortable using smartphones and computers, please consider helping older adults uncover the magic of tech!
At our Tech Cafes, older adults will come up to you to ask questions about how to use their personal devices, such as:
- How can I manage my calendar app?
- How can I check my voicemail?
Are you interested in playing the ukulele? That's one of many fun things you can do as a Dementia Day Program volunteer at our Burlington Club!
Our Burlington Club is one of several Adult Day Programs for people living with dementia (also known as "Club Members"). These programs are designed to support each Club Member's individual interests, needs, and abilities.
This is Rainer! When diabetes went into his legs, he lost the ability to walk for some time, but he got back on his feet by participating in our Home Support Exercise Program, where somebody on our team showed him a variety of simple exercises to regain mobility.
Our Walmley Club Members love the smell of homemade cookies being baked, because it reminds many of them of when they used to bake with their children and grandchildren!
Our team mainly bakes chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. When they're finished baking, everyone can enjoy a tasty treat while chatting and connecting with others in the community!
