Key Idea #1: The Perils of Mouth Breathing and Benefits of Nose Breathing ….

Nestor takes part in an experiment, pe***ng his nose for 10 days and only breathing through his mouth. Through both his own experience and the research, Nestor reveals a range of problems associated with mouth breathing. For example, mouth breathing is associated with sleep apnea and high blood pressure. It’s also one of the leading causes of cavities, crooked teeth, bad breath and periodontal disease.

Conversely, breathing through the nose has a range of benefits for the human body. Nestor explains that the nose is an often misunderstood organ with a far more important role in our health than many realise.

How we breathe really matters … Our breath is a beautiful, healing and mysterious gift. 🙏

Looking forward to our “Literary Sisterhood” Book Club discussion about “Atomic Habits”.

This book is like a roadmap for making good habits stick and getting rid of bad ones. It breaks things down into small, easy steps that anyone can follow.

Biggest takeaway for me is that habits deliver numerous benefits but life is constantly changing so we need to periodically check in to see if our old habits and beliefs are still serving us. Reflection and review is key.

Today is the fourth day of the month and in Soul Contract (Numerology of Moses) this is the energy of « Daled ». It happens to also be my dominant vibration (a very strong theme) in my phonetics birth name chart.

Daled is about learning to receive love.

The energies are also about attracting abundance, radiance, duplicating, and trusting - in self and others, and in the flow of Mother Earth. These are energies of generosity and kindness, and being able to give of oneself, unconditionally with others.

Who Am I?

At some point in our lives, or perhaps at many points in our lives, we ask the question, “Who am I?”

At times we may feel the need for a deeper sense of purpose in our lives.

The human journey, for the most part, appears to be very much about asking this question and allowing its answers to guide us on our paths.

So when we find ourselves in the heart of unknowing, we can have faith that we are in a very human place, as well as a very divine one.

“Who am I?” is a timeless mantra ultimately designed to lead us home into the part of our minds that finally lets go of questions and answers and finds instead the ability to simply be. 🙏💖

Almost seven years post my corporate retirement, I am de-conditioning myself, becoming more powerful, expressing myself authentically, releasing the past and consciously choosing my own personal narrative.

I am more aware of my connection to Source and the deeper meaning and purpose of my life.

The most important relationship we will ever have in our life - is with our OWN self.

All my services help my clients with this relationship, which can be the most difficult one to cultivate.
