Her passion towards a healthier lifestyle for herself and her family, led her to the eld of Nutrition. Her mission is to inspire, educate, and provide clarity on what's happening in one's body and further helping them to achieve a better state of health and well-being. She is devoted to teaching her clients nutrition through whole foods in an easy, friendly, non-intimidating way. Her goal is for her clients to facilitate their own journey towards achieving optimum health. She looks at individual needs and their individual nutritional prole and makes recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and supplemental recommendations accordingly. My story:
Sujata Kale-Banerjea, is passionate about her new life style that she has adapted. She believes that she has made a positive impact on those around her. She loves to help people who are ready to make positive changes and hopes to motivate people who need that extra push. Before going into nutrition she primarily worked in the dental eld as a Treatment Co-Ordinator for over 13 years. She enjoyed her job of educating and creating awareness about the importance of dental health. Sujata is a loving wife and a mother of 2 beautiful girls, who always made a conscious effort to keep t with exercise. Until a few years ago she realized that age was catching up with her and exercise was not the only thing that would keep her t and healthy. Her body had taken a huge toll from life and she did not understand the impact of that toll until she looked into the mirror one day. The image in the mirror did not match the image Sujata had of herself in her mind. And that's when she decided that the Yoyo - dieting was not for her anymore and she really needed to do something different. She also realized that changing her lifestyle was not just about her weight but was also about ensuring a healthy environment for herself and her family. This is when she needed to understand how nutrition can play a huge role in being healthy. The passion for a healthy lifestyle geared her towards the field of holistic nutrition. She now knows that, apart from food - hormones, sleep and work-life balance are the foundations of a healthy life. She knows that her health is her future. That being healthy is to celebrate life and make every moment count.

✨ 3 meals
9 combinations
Endless possibilities

A simple way to eat well… is to plan well

On the Metabolic Balance plan, you’re given structure
Not restriction

3 meal suggestions
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Each built around your body’s needs

But the real magic is here
You don’t repeat the same meals
You learn how to create variety within that structure

These are a few of my combinations
Simple, balanced and realistic

Because consistency doesn’t come from perfection
It comes from having a plan ✨

Valentine’s morning began in the simplest and most nourishing way with a warm homemade blueberry crumble.

I gently warmed fresh blueberries with chia seeds, a touch of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Topped them with rolled oats mixed with ghee, ground flaxseed, vanilla and a hint of salt, then baked at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes until just lightly crisp on top. Finished with a spoon of homemade guava jam made by slowly reducing guavas, straining the seeds and adding a little lime juice and vanilla.

A beautiful reminder that comfort food can also be wholesome, balanced and made with love.

What feels more powerful to you?
A real message from a real journey or a polished AI version of the same story

Today I’m sharing both. A genuine WhatsApp screenshot from my client celebrating 7.35 kg lost in 11 weeks and an AI generated version of that same moment. No filters. No touch ups. Just two ways of telling the same truth.

For me, nothing replaces the emotion in a real message. The excitement, the gratitude, the feeling of someone finally feeling good in their own body.

But I’m curious. What speaks to you moreThe real and rawOr the created and curated

Tell me in the comments which one you connect with most.

I’ve been a little quiet here lately as we had a full house with visitors from the USA and Canada and have been soaking in some beautiful time together. Life has been full in the best way, and I’m slowly easing back into my rhythm here.

One morning while putting together breakfast for everyone, I made these simple egg bites. They turned out so nourishing and satisfying that I thought I’d share the recipe with you all.
🥚 Egg bites
Ingredients were simple
8 large eggs
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Add-ins (choose what you like)
Veggies: finely chopped bell peppers, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, onions
Herbs: chives, parsley, oregano, basil, scallions
Cheese (optional): feta, cheddar, goat cheese
Another Protein addition (optional): cooked bacon bits, ham, chicken sausage
Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a muffin tin (silicone works great).
Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper., Divide add-ins evenly into each cup.
Pour egg mixture over the fillings, about ¾ full. Bake 25–30 minutes until just set. Cool slightly, then remove.

Tips
➡️Chop veggies small so they cook evenly.
➡️ Don’t overbake, they’ll puff and then settle.
➡️Let them cool before storing to avoid sogginess.
➡️Serve with a side of salad or banana or apple bread

January 5th cooking. January 15th posting. 😋 Real life wins anyway 🤍

These mung daal tacos were meant to be my first reel of the year and while that didn’t happen, the food did and that matters more.
Simple, nourishing, flexible and very much how I eat.

🌮 Mung daal tacos on rye
with pico de gallo, guacamole, coconut yogurt instead of sour cream, and a crunchy cabbage slaw.

Quick idea for the mung filling
Rinse and soak mung daal for 5 to 6 hours. Rinse again and drain.
Heat a pan with a little oil, add cumin and let it bloom.
Add mung daal, stir, then paprika, oregano and salt.
Splash of water and cook until tender but still firm. You want texture, not mash.

Pico de gallo
Cherry tomatoes, parsley, garlic, shallot, salt, lime.
A tiny touch of honey if you like.

Guac
Avocado, cilantro, shallots, jalapeño and lime 🍋‍🟩

Cabbage slaw
Shredded cabbage, parsley, apple cider vinegar and lime zest.

Assemble in rye tortillas or rye rotis with coconut yogurt, guac, mung, pico and slaw.

No tortillas?
Turn it into a bowl with orange cabbage, mung, coconut yogurt, guac and enjoy.

Possibly the healthiest granola I’ve ever made 🥕🍎

This one is made with real, whole ingredients and naturally sweetened with carrots and apples. I used traditional rolled oats, finely grated carrot, thinly sliced apple, soaked almonds, sunflower seeds, and ground flax for extra fibre.

Flavoured simply with cinnamon, nutmeg, a little vanilla, a pinch of salt, and baked in ghee until golden and crispy. No quick oats, no shortcuts, just slow nourishment 💛

You can easily make this your own by swapping nuts or seeds, adding ginger, pumpkin spice, carrot cake spices, sesame seeds, buckwheat groats, or millet. Fresh coconut can go in while mixing, and dehydrated coconut is best added towards the end so it doesn’t burn.

I enjoyed mine with a really good quality coconut yogurt, but almond milk or regular milk also work depending on what you enjoy 🥣✨

If you were making this at home, would you go carrot cake vibes or pumpkin spice
