✨ Here are some small, practical steps you can take when depression feels heavy:
✔ If you feel too low to get out of bed → name one thing you’re grateful for.
✔ If you notice thoughts like “I’m worthless” → call or text a friend for 5 minutes.
✔ If it’s hard to get started → pick one 5-minute task and do it.
✔ If negative rumination kicks in → write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
✔ If you feel isolated → reach out to someone you trust with a short call, text, or voice note.

✨ Struggling with anxiety? Here’s a simple tool that can help you cope in the moment: the If–Then Anxiety Relief Plan 💡
🌿 Instead of getting stuck in worry or panic, you can train your brain to respond with healthier actions. For example:
👉 If I feel my heart racing, then I’ll practice calming 4-7-8 breathing.
👉 If I catch myself imagining the worst, then I’ll write down 3 realistic outcomes.
👉 If I feel overwhelmed by worries, then I’ll save them for a short “worry window” later.
Small, practical steps like these can make a huge difference in reducing anxiety and giving you back a sense of control. 💙
