Today, on Earth Day, I honor the deep connection I feel with Mother Earth. 🌏

She holds us, nourishes us, teaches us—and asks only that we remember we are not separate from her.

I feel immense gratitude 🙏🏻 for the gift of being a steward of a small piece of her land. 😍 Walking her forests, breathing with her trees, listening to her whispers in the wind—these are sacred moments that ground me, heal me, and remind me of what truly matters. 💗

On this International Women’s Day, I want to honor the most amazing woman in my life—my MOM. She was love, strength, and kindness. Always learning, always growing, always giving. She was the heart of our family, leading with love and showing up for us no matter what. 💜

She taught me so many things—how to stay strong through life’s challenges, how to love unconditionally, and how to live with purpose. Even though she’s no longer here, I feel her love and guidance every single day. 💜

Confidence in Midlife 💖

Your worth isn’t defined by age or circumstances. Confidence begins with self-love and daily self-care. How do you nurture yourself?

One of my self-care rituals is exercise—whether it’s yoga, weightlifting, Pilates, or HIIT. I commit to at least 30 minutes, three times a week. It’s not always easy, especially when my alarm goes off at 5:30 AM, and my bed feels extra cozy. But I remind myself how amazing I feel afterward, and that keeps me going! 💪✨

In the summer, I love taking my movement outdoors—hiking, biking, and soaking up nature’s energy. 🌿🚴‍♀️ Being active in nature is one of my favorite ways to feel grounded and strong.
