A salad that’s as vibrant as fall itself 🧡
Parsley brings detox-supporting antioxidants, pomegranate brings polyphenols that fight inflammation, and olive oil ties it all together with heart-healthy fats.

Simple. Fresh. Gut-friendly.
Recipe;
• 1 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4th cup sunflower seeds
• Pinch of sea salt & pepper

Perfect as a side, or top with chickpeas for protein. 🌿
