One of the most common things I hear from patients is:
“I barely eat.”
And often… they genuinely believe that.
But weight regulation is more complex than intake alone. When someone consistently eats too little, the body adapts. Metabolism, hormones, and muscle mass can all be affected.
Sustainable health isn’t about eating as little as possible. It’s about giving your body the nourishment it needs to function well.
Your body isn’t the enemy. It’s responding to the environment you give it.
