Switching to a high protein diet has changed my skin, energy and overall well being. I used to suffer with a lot of hormonal problems and loosing weight was a struggle. Now that I eat at least 35g - 40g of protein, I have lost all cravings and feel full for longer meaning that I don’t ruin my progress on wasteful calories
