Hello everyone, I'm back from the UK, trying to stay positive & focused. I'm being evicted soon so there will be 2 more practices at Westwood Park in Oakville, then I will be moving Yoga In The Park to a Burlington location for the rest of the summer. Hopefully I will start work again soon and Park yoga will be back in its original location next summer. Hope to see you this Saturday at 10a.m. for stretches & sunshine!

So this month is turning out to be full of unexpected events. Am going to cancel class for the rest of the month as I'm networking at Sound of Music and also need to prepare for a gig & trip next week. Please message if you're looking for one-on-one or group classes before then and I will try to accommodate.
Thanks for your patience while I get my pics/video from the little home practice I've had together.

Just a reminder that I'm fully available for at-home yoga classes during the next month.
