This series is going to be offered by the newest member of the mindfulBliss Team - Casey DeMerchant!!!

This 5-week, once-a-week series allows your child to learn how to tune into their body and mind, free of judgment or fixation. Are you ready to give your child the gift of self-awareness and allow them to lead a connected life?

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment. It's not always about calming the chaos, but rather sitting with the chaos and responding appropriately. By practicing mindfulness, your child can create a pause between stimulus and response (versus stimulus and reaction). These classes have been a real success for so many children. Each class includes multiple short age-appropriate mindfulness practices, mindful craft, mindful movement, and so much fun!

This 5-Week Bliss Kids program is a fun and interactive course that teaches your child to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine. Helping them live a more happy life and manage everyday stress and emotion with self-love and positivity.

I have truly seen the value in these teaching methods. The Group Classes are very small and cost $75 + tax per child.

Ohhhh kitten! Meet Parker, my long time furry mindfulBliss business partner.

He warms my heart with his unconditional love... even amongst the chaos that he endures on the regular. Between the three kiddos and the crazy puppy, he cherishes these times of quiet within the mindfulBliss office walls.

From myself and Parker, take a moment and breathe. Turn inward... breathe in gratitude and exhale the chaos from the week. Each breath is a new opportunity of calm and connection.

It's a journey, not a destination.⁠

How many times have we heard that? It's easy to hear but hard to remember. Especially when it pertains to self-care and self-work.⁠

Mindfulness gives you an opportunity to live consciously... connected to your real life, without judgement or criticism. Simply connected to your now, creating space for you to release the desire for perfection. Mindfulness gives you your life back... allowing you to be present with the journey, loving each perfectly imperfect moment of life.

Hi All! It's been a while since I jumped on here to talk a little about myself.⁠ (And for those who already know me well - hi 💕)⁠

I'm Michelle, the owner of mindfulBliss, a community for personal mind, body, and soul exploration. I am a Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Teacher, Energy Therapist, and Hypnotist. ⁠

I'm married with three wonderful kids. We currently live in Kingston, Ontario but I'm originally from the East Coast. We have a snuggle monster dog named Sammy and a chunky monkey cat named Parker.⁠

The goal of my work and this community is to create space for YOU. It's a calm, relaxed, open space, all focusing on you finding your bliss, your way.⁠

I work 1:1, with groups, and I also just launched my monthly memberships which I'm really proud of (more coming on that over the next few weeks!)
