The shadow dance is largely in play inviting each of us to look within to the shadows that we haven't dealt with.

The shadows are the whispers of the past that are anchoring us down from our light bodies.

This is an 8 year- what comes around go around. Embrace your throat chakra saying what you need, releasing what no longer serves, forgiving, apologizing, bringing balance to the shadow.

She rises.

The new Dawn is emerging full of grace and strength.

She is rising in wholeness and light. She has worked through the ages of darkness into the new expanded foundation of self love, integrity and source deep within her. She now walks with peace in her soul. She is ready to lead from the heart.

The decades of pain and suffering is now beneath her- transmuted by her unconditional love of Mother Earth. Like an old oak tree she flourishes with the support that is rooted within the deep anchors of courage.

As she made her way through the darkness of growing deeper roots, allowing the old patterns to fall away, she rooted deeper within herself.

The moments of deep loss came with the understanding of a deeply rooted divine blueprint understanding your role on earth school is to rise above many sharing your knowing for the collective of the people. Shedding your own comfort zone many times to find the deep balance within herself.

She continues to move upward following the spiral of human ascension. Trusting her soul to use the medicine within unlocking the codes met with the key of the earthly ley lines held deeply by Mother Earth.

When we choose this master level of growth, we must fully trust the soul’s medicine and inner guidance. Choices are made for growth- always to infinity.

Comparison only leads to disappointment and freezing in the evolution of growth. As the pieces fall away the comfort of the renewal of trust expands within.

The karmic loops begins to evolve into true enlightenment. The ego dies and the shadow sinks to the ashes.

Surrender to the process. Love within. Choose you.

Are you afraid to put your face into the ocean?

In the years of my healing work I have seen a pattern with releasing your emotions, especially crying, connected to the fear of putting your trust into the big bodies of water.

I grew up and took swimming lessons as far as I could go- so I figured the snorkelling in the ocean would be easy as 1-2-3.

I was wrong. The ocean scared me 15 years ago. I was afraid of what was underneath.

I began to dive into what was causing this. As a child I felt shy about expressing my emotions-crying especially.

As I dove into the connection between water and withholding tears I started to see a pattern. The lack in trusting the ocean corresponds with the lack of feeling free to share my tears.

As I began to release the old patterns of holding emotions within I soon began to trust the depths of the ocean.

Water is fluid, peaceful and can sometimes be turbulent, just as our emotions.

So if you resonate with my story begin to look within. Ask yourself when you began to withhold your tears, swallowing your pain?

What I discovered is that there is a beautiful world under the ocean's view; magical in fact.

Now, I swim the iron man buoys for pleasure when I am on the Big Island of Hawaii, I received my PADI certification, SUP, deep dive and connect with wild dolphins and have even swam with the pilot whales. My bucket list is to swim with the humpback whales in the French Polynesia one day.

So you can work through anything I promise. If I can do it so can. you.

Reflections from the Canada Women's Expo.

I haven't done an Expo for over five years and I was excited to connect with people.

New branding meant new business cards, banners, and materials.

The most positive reflection for me was meeting people face to face and connecting in real time about real issues.

I LOVE experiencing people opening up. Many tears were shed when I shared with them what I was feeling was going on within each of them. Many said "I don't know why I am crying?" I replied with, "It's okay, it's time to let those suppressed emotions come out and for you to be heard!"

This is my jam. I understand how it feels to not be heard and this is why I care so deeply at my work of coaching. This is what lights my soul up.

My speech was about using emotional intelligence to process your triggers in life and to expand into your internal power. You can change your emotional intelligence (EI) but not your intelligence quotient (IQ).

As this fast paced world keeps moving, it's important to understand that you still need to process your emotions and get to the root of your own triggers.

I am ready to help you hold the space that you need to move through the doorways of change: divorce, grief, illness, confusion and front line workers.

How many of you over give in fear of avoiding rejection?

In the coaching profession having healthy boundaries is key to protect you and to protect me.

Honouring my time as well as yours is essential for holding healthy boundaries. Time and money all tied in one bundle.

People come for coaching for support through deep change.

Overgiving is a sign of fearing rejection, abandonment, authority and can go back to childhood.

Boundaries are healthy for everyone. Integrity is the core.

Life is complex.

In the healing work that I do it isn't a one and done. It's about releasing layers one session at a time.

The years of layers that we build up over our life takes time to release. Healing work isn't a one and done.

The gift of my hands always tells me what needs to be released on my clients and then guiding them on ways to begin the process of releasing those repressed emotions.

I have been coaching clients since 2009 in my work and now have a programs designed to support people through a 3 month program.

My message in this post is to remind you that as we continue our journey within it takes time....patience is necessary and to remember to forgive yourself through it all.

Many people have asked as of late, how do you connect within?

Through stillness. Quieting the chaos around you. Surrendering to the fear of listening to your inner thoughts.

Meditation. I do this every morning as soon as I wake. I breathe and listen to what my higher self is telling me (the greatest version of yourself).

I light a candle and watch the flame burn. I send my love and intentions out to the universe, the divine creator.

I walk in nature, sit by the river or on the beach listening to the waves.

Drawing your power within is the key. Igniting the passion within your soul. Each night I call back 100 % of my power. Each time we connect with others we can give away parts of ourselves.

The energy within is a gift. To draw from that source gives you all that you need; clarity, guidance, strength, love, passion, truth, the next steps, and boundaries.

Naturally, we are born with this but over time we disconnect from our inner power.

Harness your power within. Remember ALL of you. Ignite your passion.

This is the reason that I created Catalystic Coaching. I have hit rock bottom myself many times. I have learned how to rise again and again.

When I went through my divorce 9 years ago I really began to understand the value in my inner world. My meditation, healing work and support assisted my mental state as well as my physical body.

Many are struggling right now; marriages ending, prices rising and the stress of the world is showing up full force now. The aftermath of the last few years is catching up with everyone.

I have been working with many that are going through divorces currently. This is my passion to be with you during the hard times. To remember that you need to support all parts of you moving through endings in your life.

Life is about cycles; death and rebirth.

When we hit rock bottom it is the opportunity to rebuild with a stronger foundation. But, during those moment's of chaos it helps to have support along the journey. You aren't alone.
