Where I have personally witnessed many accidents on the job including death. We are trying to make that help easier to find , and work places safer .

We are a Family based business , Including a Mental Health Nurse with 30 plus years experience in Emergency Situations , Working Northern Communities as far North as Nunavut . And myself Im a Powerline Journeyman PLT with 35 plus years in the Industry ,
working most my life away from Home in the Northern Parts of Canada including Nunavut. There are many safety protocols in place in every Construction field , as we all know tail boards , JSAs , and the on going amounts of paperwork to keep people safe . But where it all starts is being fit for work , drug and alcohol free , and well rested to keep Yourself and Others SAFE!! My wife and I over the years have seen a call for Counselling and Therapy in many different situations , where the individuals couldnt get help and didnt know where to start looking to find the help they so desperately needed .
