I support medication, meditation, therapy, energy healing, Western and Eastern medicine—because I’ve personally experienced the benefits of them all. For me, there hasn’t been a “one size fits all” approach. In fact, it’s taken a combination of many different modalities to help me heal and grow.

At the end of our lives, no one is handing out awards for who suffered the most, who avoided medication, or who “did life” a certain way. What matters is that you’re here and enjoying life.

Medication has been one of the tools that helped me reach a place where I could want to help myself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When you’re struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts, just finding the strength to take the first step toward healing—whatever that looks like— 𝒊𝒔 what truly matters.

Everyone’s path will look different. Everyone will have their own opinions. But at the end of the day, your loved ones just want you—alive and well. Because if you’re not here, all they’ll wish is that you still were. ❤️

Last night I went to a beautiful event that Lisa and her daughter held and I heard something I never really thought of before. ‘ when we are in our creativity, we aren’t anxious ‘ because we are fully engaged in using our imagination. It’s funny because I truly became aware of this after our class ! I was feeling down all day beforehand - BUT I was present with my daughter as we built our mother daughter boxes full of good intentions and met really beautiful women ❤️💖
As someone like myself who struggles still with anxiety and depression I truly felt better being around mothers and daughters who allowed them selves to be ‘seen’.

If your struggling- try making something, art, jewelry, painting, woodwork etc. And if your not motivated…. Than do it with someone or a group 💖
You will truly feel better, and more connected ❤️

When I was in my teens I went to energy healers to help me through depression- It wasn’t really until I met a lady name Lesley who I truly resonated with her style of healing. There was a gentleness , she saw things differently than anyone I had ever talked to before- she was also ‘doing the work’. She really helped me on the path of energy healing. Anyone who knows her - knows her kind heart. Years after , I learned from her , I went to her classes she put on and started doing it also for myself. The more I would meditate- the deeper and bigger my sense of my God self became as well - this is that feeling I was longing for - a Deep sense of Love , Self Worth , and a forgiveness of self. A non judgmental way of seeing my feelings /emotions.
