Many of us were never taught how to safely feel our emotions.
So our bodies learned to hold them instead.

Healing is learning how to gently release what we’ve been carrying.

I’ve been working with energy healing for years - it’s my go to , it’s what continues to help me through some of the hardest emotions I have avoided in life. I continue to use it today. Think of it like meditation or yoga…..The more you practice the stronger you feel, you create a deeper sense of connection to self.

I had a deep craving to feel more connected- learning to go 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 is where I feel my body relax and a true sense of self. It is in this stillness I am able to experience a 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 within.

In energy healing sessions, I help provide and make space for you to 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 within. You are safe to feel what is ready to come up for healing at your own pace. You get to process emotions through a sacred space in your self that is awaiting you ❤️🙏

Energy healing isn’t something I offer because I have it all figured out.

It’s something I offer because I’m walking it myself.

There was also a time when I was so disconnected from my body. I could talk about emotions… but actually feeling them? I didn’t truly know how to.

Through energy healing, I’m learning how to come back into my body gently.

I’m learning how to notice where I tighten.
Where I brace and where I shut down

And instead of pushing it away, I’m practicing staying.

Staying with the sensation.
Staying with the emotion.
Staying with myself.

This work is helping me feel safer inside my own body. It’s helping me understand that emotions aren’t problems to fix…they’re energy that needs space, compassion, and movement.

I’m still healing.
Still unfolding.
Still releasing layers of pain that have been stored for years.

And that’s why I hold space the way I do…softly, safely, without pressure.

I know how heavy it can feel. And I know the kind of bravery it takes to sit with the emotions we’ve kept buried — the ones we thought were safer not to feel but are keeping us caught up in trying to control every outcome just to feel ‘ safe’, and I know how isolating it feels.

But you don’t have to do that alone.
That’s why I’m here with you. ❤️

I support medication, meditation, therapy, energy healing, Western and Eastern medicine—because I’ve personally experienced the benefits of them all. For me, there hasn’t been a “one size fits all” approach. In fact, it’s taken a combination of many different modalities to help me heal and grow.

At the end of our lives, no one is handing out awards for who suffered the most, who avoided medication, or who “did life” a certain way. What matters is that you’re here and enjoying life.

Medication has been one of the tools that helped me reach a place where I could want to help myself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When you’re struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts, just finding the strength to take the first step toward healing—whatever that looks like— 𝒊𝒔 what truly matters.

Everyone’s path will look different. Everyone will have their own opinions. But at the end of the day, your loved ones just want you—alive and well. Because if you’re not here, all they’ll wish is that you still were. ❤️
