We have always loved two things...kids and yoga. We are super excited to combine these worlds and help make a difference in the lives of as many kids as possible! We truly believe that through our children we can change the world, and our intention is to create more self love, emotional intelligence, personal power, peace and happiness in the children we get to teach. Our business is about impacting lives, when it counts the most, in the early years when all our core beliefs are being established.

Excited to start up new classes for the North Grove community!! This class will be for residents only but more to come!!!

I ran my own business in Canada for 7 years, teaching youth empowerment, yoga, meditation and much more.

My parent/child connection classes are definitely my favorite. Getting to witness the love and connection, that all children deserve, fills my heart right up!!

At the end of the day these moments of connection and being present are ALL that matter!!!

New Homeschool Class ♥️

So excited to get my classes started up in Houston Texas! Our family just relocated here from Canada where I spent almost 7 years running my own business teaching kids yoga, empowerment, meditation and much more! I am so fortunate to be sharing space at the Woodlands Yoga Studio! I have been practicing yoga at this studio and it is a very beautiful space with amazing instructors!

My first scheduled class will be a homeschooling class on Tuesday afternoons! I plan to add more soon!

Empowering Youth through Yoga

All classes are based around various empowerment themes and taught through discussion in class ❤️ Classes include: empowerment discussion, breathing exercises, yoga and meditation!

This is one of my favorite topics to teach the kids to help them understand the power of our thoughts & how much control we have in our own lives! We really do create our reality from the inside out! When I have taught this topic previously, I am always amazed at how easy the kids embrace it and even use it in their lives!

Good byes are tough.... especially with this group. My heart is literally full and heavy at the same time. I've been spending every week with these kids, some for over 6 years!! There wasn't enough time to say all I wanted, the hugs were too short, and I will miss them alot.
So grateful to all these amazing humans and their parents for all the support over the years. It is forever in my heart!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This is something I'm really trying to plant in the kids minds this month. It's my last month with them and what I really want them to know forever is how powerful they are to create the life they want. Definitely going to read this in class!!

As I'm getting ready for classes this month it's definitely tugging at my heart strings, especially for this Thursday class. Some of these kids have been coming for years, one since the very week I started over 6 years ago! Going to make the best of this last month I get with them!!

I have some big news...my family and I are moving to Texas this summer so May will be my last month teaching in Okotoks!! This is something we have been working towards for a few years but it has finally all come together!

It has been such an amazing journey over the last 6 years and I have loved all the time I got to spend with all the amazing kids that have come to my class!! Teaching kids yoga and empowerment are so important to me and I hope that I have planted some powerful seeds and that these kids will continue their love for yoga!!

The only classes I'll be running in May are my Thursday classes as my schedule is packed and we are selling/donating 3/4 of all we own.

If you would like to book a spot please message me! There is limited space as this is a regular class throughout the year but I will do my best to fit you in!!

Kids always make it look easy AND (as was pointed out at a yoga class I was at today) they always look like they are having more fun doing it.
Given that it was HOT yoga and Bikram lol I get why I wasn't smiling!!!
But seriously, kids are the best teachers and I learn more from them! ❤️
