I've been dabbling in sourdough bread making since January, my MIL is an expert and I used her starter and even though I nearly killed it and got a few more starters it didn't die! It's sooooo much better for us than commercial bread, 4 ingredients : starter , flour (I play and use all kinds of nutritious mostly organic locally grown flours), water and salt! My daughter who has troubles with gluten even digests it well. If I can do it so can you. It doesn't need to be complicated, this loaf was my first ever and as you can see my kid approves!
