Happy Friday! Today I wanted to focus on heart health as it is something we need to talk about.

According to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
- More women die of stroke then men and if they survive they have a worse outcome.
-Post menopausal woman have an increased risk of heart disease because their bodies no longer produce estrogen which provides protection of heart and brain health.
- Women with diabetes have a similar risk as men the same age..

If we can help reduce our risk by simply focusing on our fiber intake, why wouldn't we?

Week 2 of "Fiber Friday's" focusing on how fiber helps with obesity.
I'm on my second week of tracking my fiber intake. I can definitely notice a difference with my cravings and how much I eat.
