Looking for a flavour-packed veggie dish?
These BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES deliver BIG TIME!

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
½ cup flour
½ cup water
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime
2 tsp. Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning Blend
½ tsp. salt
1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot® Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. honey

Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk flour, water and all seasonings until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower to batter and toss to coat. Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with space between them. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through. In another small bowl, combine Frank’s RedHot® Sauce, melted butter and honey until well blended. Brush the sauce mixture on the cauliflower. Return to the oven and bake until they start to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve with your favourite Sunset Gourmet Dip.

You can add leftover turkey or chicken meat to our Chicken Dumpling Soup Mix to turn it into a hearty meal for a cold night. Serve it with our Everything Seasoning Beer Bread and dinner is ready!

Turkey Dumpling Soup
• 1 box Chicken Dumpling Soup Mix
• 6 cups water
• 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
• 2 carrots, cut into coins

Combine soup mix and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add carrots and turkey. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender. Serve with Everything Seasoning Beer Bread.

Hula-Hula Asian Pasta Salad

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend
• 1 box (454 g) rotini pasta
• 2 carrots
• 1 bunch (about 4 cups) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 jar (540 mL) mandarin oranges
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Dressing:
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup rice vinegar
• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• 3 Tbsp. white sugar
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 Tbsp. Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, place on a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cool and shred or finely dice.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook according to package directions. Drain pasta, and rinse under cold water until cool.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the dressing. Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend, pepper, and sesame seeds in a jar or container. Place the lid on and shake until combined.

Place cooled pasta in a large bowl. Using a vegetable peeler, discard the outer skin of your carrots and with the vegetable peeler, shred the carrots into ribbon-like pieces using the end of the carrot as a “handle”. Add carrots, spinach, chicken, red pepper, drained mandarin oranges and green onions to the large bowl with the cooled pasta. Just before serving, toss with desired amount of dressing and sliced almonds.

Oven Roasted Potatoes make a perfect side dish for Sunday Dinner... especially when they are made with our Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and Sunset Seasoned Salt!

Toss 1 ½ pounds of quartered red potatoes with 2 tablespoons Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Sunset Seasoned Salt and 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes -1 hour or until tender and browned, flipping several times during baking.

Our Crab Bisque Soup Mix 🦀 makes the most AMAZING seafood pasta!
Try it in this recipe for Creamy Seafood Fettuccine:
â—¦ 1 box (410 g) fettuccine
â—¦ 20-25 medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
â—¦ 1 Tbsp. butter
â—¦ 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
â—¦ 2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
â—¦ Black pepper
â—¦ Fresh parsley (optional)

Crab Sauce
◦ ½ cup Crab Bisque Soup Mix
â—¦ 1 cup water
â—¦ 1 cup cream
◦ ½ cup aged white cheddar cheese, grated
â—¦ 1/3 cup white wine

Prepare sauce by combining water and cream; whisk in Crab Bisque Soup Mix and bring to a low boil. Add cheese and wine; continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking prepare shrimp. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet, add Oh! So Garlic, cook until hydrated. Add olive oil to the pan, heat and add shrimp. Cook stirring occasionally until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add crab sauce to the pan and heat on low for 4-5 minutes. Serve over freshly cooked pasta and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
