So many women are told to just eat less and work out more and honestly I relate to that more than anyone.

During my first prep, I was doing 2 hours of cardio a day, eating barely over 1000 calories, constantly pushing harder, and I still wasn’t losing weight.

I remember feeling so frustrated because I truly felt like I was doing everything right. I had the discipline. I had the work ethic. I was willing to push.

But what I didn’t understand at the time was that my body was already under so much stress.

Looking back now, it makes so much sense. My labs showed chronic stress patterns, hormone imbalances, mineral depletion, gut dysfunction, poor recovery, and a nervous system that had been stuck in overdrive for years.

You can eat the perfect diet.
Train until you’re blue in the face.
Take all the supplements.
Do everything ‘right.’

I can’t tell you how many times I hear people say, “I just have IBS.”

This is something I see all the time.

Conventional labs are important, but they’re limited.

Too many women are stuck feeling discouraged because of the 10% problem. These approaches have failed you, you have not failed them. Your body doesn’t work in isolation, and nobody is looking at the whole thing at once.

Your gut affects your hormones.
Your hormones affect your minerals.
Your minerals affect everything.

I used to struggle with debilitating anxiety
and the only answer I ever got was a prescription for antidepressants.

No one ever asked why I felt that way in the first place.

Most women are taught that if symptoms are common, they’re normal.

PMS. Bloating. Acne. Anxiety. Exhaustion. Hormone chaos. Brain fog. Poor sleep.

But common does not mean optimal.

And it definitely doesn’t mean you have to live with it.

Somewhere along the way, women were taught to disconnect from their bodies.

To push through.
To accept feeling “off.”
To believe being exhausted, inflamed, anxious, or reactive was just part of being female.

But your body is not working against you.
Symptoms are not random.

They are signals. Feedback. Data.
Your body is always communicating.
