Ancient Roots was born from our own healing journeys and a deep need to reconnect with our bodies, our ancestors, and something bigger than ourselves.
It’s a space to slow down, release, and remember.

Hey friends! This is a project designed by my wife and myself. We are beginning to offer services such as Thai Massage, Family Constellations, Gene Keys Guidance, and more.

In the near future, we will be hosting workshops and larger group events.

Ancient Roots is all about connecting people back to what is our most natural and grounded self. We guide people through these various modalities to reclaim more vitality and harmony in their bodies. Using embodied wisdom to support others to heal their own shadows and embrace a more enriching life by connecting to the roots of who they are, which in turn will allow each person to feel their immediate connection to all of life.

Life is a sacred song, and each of us plays a beautiful part, and we are creating space and opportunities for you to play your part more beautifully and wildly as it always should have been.
