Burn Fitness is a small group and personal training studio that focuses on health, vitality and wellness! At Burn Fitness, we believe that health goes far beyond simple fitness and nutrition! Burn Fitness is owned and operated by Heather Cardiff. Heather has a degree in Physical Education, is certified through the Alberta Fitness Leadership Association, is a CHEK certified holistic life Coach and a CHEK certified nutritionist through Mind Body! Heather is very knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness which shows through her programs and training. Small group classes are offered Monday - Saturday. Personal training is available by appointment. Online health and fitness challenges are also run through Burn Fitness.

This was an amazing week learning and growing my skills as a Chek Practitioner. Assessing the function of the upper cervical spine, and gaining a skill set to help my clients heal from chronic pain, muscle-skeletal dysfunction in the jaw, neck, and shoulder complex. Surrounded by a tribe of amazing people in an amazing place. Thank you Matt Walden for your amazing brain, and thank you Paul Chek for sharing your home with us and the wisdom you hold, and I am honoured to be able to learn from such an amazing soul.

FAQ about the Burn Fitness Okotoks Online Health & Fitness Challenge!

Here is a little run-down of what you can expect once you have signed up for the challenge! At the beginning of each week, you will receive an email containing everything you need for the upcoming week - recipes, meal plan suggestions, a ready-to-use itemized grocery list, workouts with demonstrations and some extra information for you on different health and wellness topics! All you have to do is simply print off the information, grocery lists and recipes and head to the grocery store! Shop for the things you will need that week and then follow and create the recipes given to you during the week! All recipes are gluten and dairy free and are simple to make for the whole family!

The workouts are designed to be as challenging as you need to make them! They are adaptable and can easily be modified. Are you already actively going to the gym - grab some extra weights to up the challenge! Are you just starting out on your fitness journey - preform the movements without weights or simply set your timer and complete as much as you can within the allotted time! The most important thing is to get moving and try something new!

Finally, you will be added to a secret challenge FB group! This group is awesome! Ask questions, get advice and lean on the other challengers for support and encouragement! Through the group you will have access to ask and get feedback from a personal trainer and health and wellness coach {Heather Cardiff} as well as get lots of amazing ideas from others in the group! Many challengers have participated in previous challenges and have learned some awesome tips to make things easier!

Many have participated in past challenges with amazing results! This is a great opportunity to push yourself and try something new! Let us know if you have any other questions!

Joining the challenge will give you access to a private FB group {for extra support}, weekly categorized grocery lists, weekly meal plans, daily dinner recipes and 12 at-home workouts complete with video demonstrations! This is an ONLINE challenge and all correspondence will be via email {and the FB group}!

Challenge starts JANUARY 9, 2017. $65/person.
