Un immense merci à la Légion royale canadienne et aux Services de bien-être et moral des Forces canadiennes pour leur incroyable soutien au programme Pepper Pod EmpowHER !

Grâce à leur soutien, le Pepper Pod peut proposer toute une gamme de programmes, notamment des randonnées, du bateau-dragon, du snow-SHE-ing, du paddleboard, des corvées communautaires, et bien plus encore.

Sans leur aide, nous ne pourrions pas proposer la plupart de nos activités, et nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants.

Their support enables the Pepper Pod to offer a variety of programs, including hiking, dragon boating, snow-SHE-ing, paddleboarding, community work parties, and more.

We could not offer many of our activities without their help, and we are very grateful.

Le nombre de places de stationnement est limité, donc veuillez covoiturer si possible. Apportez des vêtements chauds et adaptés à la météo, vos raquettes… et votre sourire bien sûr!

Le Sommet pour les familles de vétérans

Rejoignez l'Institut Atlas pour les vétérans et leur famille (Atlas Institute for Veterans and Families) pour un sommet virtuel gratuit consacré à la santé mentale et au bien-être des familles de vétérans, les 22 et 23 janvier 2026!

Le Sommet pour les familles de vétérans réunit des conférenciers de partout au Canada. Des experts du domaine vous feront part de leurs connaissances et de leur point de vue sur des questions d'une importance cruciale pour les familles de vétérans des Forces armées canadiennes (FAC) et de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada (GRC), et vous raconteront des histoires et des expériences vécues par des membres de familles de vétérans. En plus de servir les familles, le sommet offre une occasion unique aux fournisseurs de services d'apprendre comment mieux servir la communauté des familles de vétérans.

Let’s get RUGGEDIZED...together.

Eight to ten women veterans, soon-to-be veterans, and/or wives or partners of veterans, gather around a large round table in a cozy, inviting room tucked away from the military base. The women are a mix of officers, NCMs, and civilians with diverse backgrounds in terms of culture, career paths, professional skills and family. They are preparing for the next chapter of their lives…leaving the military.

Now, as they transition out of the CAF, for many of them, their children have grown and left for college, their bodies are changing, and they are leaving behind the military career which has taken up the better part of their adult life. Some of them feel disoriented, rudderless, and unequipped. Others feel overwhelmed at the possibilities before them. And sadly, some of them are carrying some trauma-filled baggage. They long for meaningful connections and are attending the Transitions Lifeshop™ to find lifelines that will help them in their next steps.

They will not be disappointed by the time they leave in two and a half days.
