Specializing in Slow Mindful Yoga classes, Children's Yoga Teacher Training, live Virtual Studio, summer outdoor Yoga on the covered bridge in Wakefield QC. She has maintained a daily personal practice for more than 15 years and has been a certified teacher since 2008. Laura was trained initially in classical hatha yoga and has enjoyed a variety of additional trainings

over the years, including Somayog (gentle restorative) and Radiant Child (Kundalini based) children's yoga. Sharing her passion for yoga with others is a joy. Customizing classes to meet all needs is a pleasure. Corporate classes, private at home classes, outdoor or weekend retreats are all possibilities.
