3. the benches are clean and safe
4. there is a good restaurant on every block
5. a lot of shop owners know your name
6. people take the time to say hello
7. It's a 5 minute walk from 1 side to the other, unless you stop and talk - then it's a 4 hour journey

As the continues with the demolition on 5033 51 Ave, there will be several temporary closures in place👷‍♂️🚧🛑

❌️ Full closure of 51 Avenue from (and including) the alleyway to the 4-way stop – no through traffic will be permitted.

❌️ Sidewalk closure on the east side of 51 Avenue.

❌️ Sidewalk closure from the 4-way stop at 51 Avenue and 51 Street to Sims doors.

❌️ Angled parking closure on the south side of 51 Avenue from the 4-way stop to Sims doors.

❌️ Alley closure to the rear of the property, from 51 Avenue to the rear of Sims.
