As my schedule is filling up and people have asked if I have availability before the new year to use their benefits, I wanted to let everyone know that I am willing to open up some evening spots to ensure everyone is looked after.

As I am unable to open my online booking calendar for these spots, I ask for you to message or text myself for availability and booking. This will be on first come first serve basis and I will post to Facebook when my schedule is full.

Just a reminder that I will be taking some extra time over the holiday season and will be closed from Dec 10 to Jan 03. I would like to just say thank you to each and every one of you for your continued support and making 2021 such an enjoyable year for me. I am thankful I still get the opportunity to wake up everyday and do what I love. I think it is important going in to a new year to always remember to be grateful for what you do have and to do the things that truly make you happy.

Just wanted to clarify, as there seems to be a bit of confusion with the new restrictions put forth by the Alberta Government.

Massage therapy will be able to continue in the same manner that we have been operating (By Appointment Only).

I am thinking of all those affected by the latest covid measures and wishing all the best to those impacted.

So great news today....massage will fully open back up to everyone as of Monday, Jan 18 and no longer require a referral letter for treatments. I will still be following standard covid protocols and do my best to keep everyone safe. Also wanted to wish all the best to everyone in the personal wellness services industry, that are able to open back up. Thanks again to all my clients for your continued support.

Hi Everyone.

As per the announcement today from the Government of Alberta I will be opening up my massage schedule as of January 4th for massage appointments. I will only be able to accept bookings for individuals that can provide a prescription or referal from a governing body (For example: Doctor, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist).

I will unfortunately have to turn clients away if they are unable to produce a copy of this document for my records at the time of their massage.

I am hoping that we continue to see a reduction in the number of cases over the holiday season, so I can open up my schedule to everyone else as well. For now though, this is a very positive step and I am glad the government has recognized the need for this service towards the health of my clients.

Well today was my last day for what we hope is only 4 weeks. After a marathon of a week I felt many emotions and was overwhelmed by the support I received.

I can't put into words how grateful I am for each and every one of you and allowing me to do what I love. I would like to say thank you for not only the continued support since working from home, but especially for this past year. We truly do live in the best community.

I would also like to say thank you for all the thoughtful gestures. I will enjoy them all over the holidays.

Although things may not have gone as we had all expected this past year. I truly believe there is still a lot to be grateful for.

I wish you and your families all the best over the holiday season. See you all in 2021 ❤🥰❤

As many of you are aware Phase 2 has been moved up to June 12. Over the next few days I will be calling everyone on the wait list and those individuals I previously had to cancel due to the covid-19 closure.

I appreciate everyone's patience as I personally manage the schedule for the remainder of June to try and get everyone caught up. For anyone wanting to book July 1st onward, online booking is available and open.

I am super excited to see everyone and catch up.

Just wanted to send an update out to everyone. I'm sure most of you have heard that some services are going to be starting back in different phases. Massage looks like it will be in phase 2, which is still not determined on a time frame. I will contact everyone that had massages prebooked prior to and also those that have been asked to be put on a list. I would also just like to say how much I appreciate all of you that have reached out and kept in touch during this time. In case anyone is wondering if my hands will still be in "massage shape". I have been keeping busy with home renos and ready to go, lol! Stay safe and can't wait to see all of you soon. ❤

I just wanted to give everyone the heads up - that based on the Alberta Government mandate yesterday (that all personal services be closed) I will be closing until further notice.

As all my clients know - as soon as it is okay to do so, my doors will be open welcoming you all back for some much needed rest and relaxation . Trust me, we will all need it more then ever when we return to our new normal.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients for giving me the ability to do what I love each and everyday and supporting me over the last few years to work out of my home. I will truly miss you all and hope you all stay safe and take care of your loved ones.

I wish everyone all the best during this challenging time.
