Help me decide!
I want to offer a fun afternoon yoga experience on Valentine's. What speaks to you?
💛 1. Partner Yoga. Bring a friend, family member, loved one, partner and have fun with a 75-minute partner yoga class!
💛 2. A special yoga class that explores the theme of Aham Prema - I AM LOVE.
💛 3. They both sound good.

Grateful for your feedback!

You may have seen Rachel at the yoga studio. You'll recognize her by her vibrant pink hair and her unicorn rainbow yoga mat! Rachel has participated in 50 yoga classes at Wild Daisy Yoga!

Her dedication, presence, and willingness to show up for herself inspires all of us.

Here’s to many more moments on the mat, to continuing the journey, and to celebrating every small victory along the way. 💛
