November is Movember — Men’s Health Awareness Month!

It’s a great reminder to check in with the important men in your life (and yourself!) about physical and mental wellbeing.

Acupuncture can play a supportive role in men’s health — from improving stress resilience, sleep, pain and energy levels to supporting prostate, cardiovascular, and hormonal balance.

Let’s break the stigma around men’s health conversations.
