🌱 Embracing a Balanced January 🌱
Although January is already almost over, I still would like to reflect on it. January is for many often a time of fresh starts.
This month many people have been trying Dry January (a break from alcohol) or Soft January — focusing on gentle, sustainable habits over perfection.
Taking small steps, like drinking more water, moving your body in ways you enjoy, tuning into your stress levels, and giving your liver and nervous system a little reset, can make a big difference to how you feel.
