Join Amanda Ramcharitar who holds 20 years of experience in the Yogic and Wellness field.

She is an Author, Studio owner, has developed hundreds of courses, workshops, and retreats based on physical, mental, and energetic health and wellness, and looks forward to sharing some of these exciting keys with you.

TIME: 3pm to 4:30pm

Amanda will offer a fun & enlightening workshop in which we’ll explore new pathways towards what is at our center! This workshop is based on 20 years of experience of integrated body, mind and emotional work. The workshop combines, self-inquiry exercises, embodiment practices & breath techniques which will help further align you to centre and tap into the deep wisdom and inner radiance we all of access to.
