Today is the official launch of the challenge!

Grounding is something I've struggled with a lot in my life. I spent much of my early life dissociated from my body. Over the past 6 years I've been on a hunt to learn the most effective ways to back into my body, to honour and to nourish it, and to help others do the same. I often say that our biggest pain points hold our greatest gifts of service and grounding is one of mine. Getting back into my body was my own version of a healers initiation. I'm living proof that this is a skill that can be cultivated with practice and that it's something that must be worked at every. single. day.

Over the next 4 weeks I'm going to be sharing my favourite tips and strategies and all you need to know to into your body 💚

Stay tuned to my IG for Integrative Medicine for Mental Health & Psychoeducational tips on how to

✅HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOOK - THERAPIST APPROVED

"Every day we experience the uncertainty, risks, and emotional exposure that defines what it means to be vulnerable, or to dare greatly. Dr. Brené Brown dispels the cultural myth that vulnerability is weakness and argues that it is, in truth, our most accurate measure of courage.

In a world where "never enough" dominates and feeling afraid has become second nature, vulnerability is subversive, uncomfortable, even a little dangerous sometimes. Without question, putting ourselves out there invites a far greater risk of being criticized or feeling hurt.

When we shut ourselves off from vulnerability, we distance ourselves from the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives, and that nothing is as dangerous, uncomfortable, or hurtful as standing on the outside looking in and wondering what it would be like if we had the courage to step into the arena. Daring greatly is a practice and a powerful new vision for letting ourselves be seen." - exerpt from the back of Daring Greatly by Brené Brown

Swooning so hard over 's work 💜 hits me every.single.time.

🔆 Mental Health Check-In & Practice 🔆
Nurturing thoughts that uplift you is a PRACTICE that can improve mental health. .
