WHAT ARE ORTHOTICS?
Orthotics are prescription medical devices designed and fabricated to the unique shape of your foot to adjust and control the functions of the foot and its alignment with the lower leg.
Custom orthotics can be used in a variety of different shoes depending on your choice.
ORTHOTICS PROCESS:
Your feet are examined by our professionally licensed chiropodist
A 3D scan is taken of your foot held in subtalar joint neutral
Your scan and prescription form are taken by our lab technicians to produce your orthotics
Your orthotics are ready for your use so you can experience a healthier way of living
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY ORTHOTICS?
The Chiropodists would like to assess your orthotics yearly to ensure they are working optimally
Ideally every 2-3 years orthotics should be changed
If you have any questions or concerns about your orthotics allow us to assess them for you.
